I really enjoyed doind the socratic seminars. i think they were a way we as students could put our opinions out and speak about what was important to us. We dont really ever use that form of teaching in our everyday classroom setting, so it was nice to change up the routine. It was nice giving everybody a chance to express themselves because usually in class theirs always the students who dont talk, or who may just be quiet. However their were some things that i didnt like. sometimes the talks seemed to go nowhere and seemed a little boring.
